ACE DOG COLLARS
At Ace we produce a wide range of hand crafted collars, leads and harnesses for the smallest to the largest of our four-legged friends.

We use traditional methods to produce all our leather goods. All our collars, leads and harnesses are lovingly hand cut and hand stitched using only premium leather from native heavy steer hides and finished with quality solid brass chrome and stainless steel fittings. For comfort we use soft nubucks, sheep, cow and as well as many more types of leather for lining.
PU LEATHER
We do not use PU "leather". PU is a composite material and not genuine leather. The team at Ace takes pride in using only premium quality hand selected real genuine leather.

Why choose a leather dog collar ?
A leather dog collar is one of those rare items that will improve with age and wear. When worn the leather collar absorbs the oils from the dog’s fur and the leather becomes more supple providing additional comfort to the dog. The leather does not cause harsh rubbing against fur or skin which can happen when a polpropelene or cheap synthetic collar is worn and this in turn may help to preserve the dog’s coat.

Care and maintenance
It can be very beneficial to provide occasional treatment and care to any premium leather goods. We would recommend using a good quality glycerine saddle soap or leather cleaner as well as applying leather hide food twice a year. These recommendations could help to prolong the life and look of your leather goods as well as maintain the quality.
